What’s behind a successful business? Good Employees!
Qualities of good employees:
- Someone who is organized in getting their work done, and takes on the most difficult job first in the workday to get it out of the way.
- They make a to-do list and they follow it.
- They touch things once: check email once, open/work on a project once each day, etc. They don’t get distracted by checking email repeatedly or revisit the same project or task multiple times throughout the day. When an update is requested, it goes on the list but doesn’t interrupt the current work being done.
